RESERVATIONS: A credit card and if applicable a gift certificate number is required for all service reservation. 1/2 Deposit is required for Sewin /Hair Replacement Services at Booking.
ETIQUETTE: Creating the ultimate Salon & Spa experience we ask that all cell phones be silenced prior to your appointment. Children may only be permitted if they have an appointment. Gratuities are solely up to the clients discretion. Gratuity is not included in gift certificate amount. Pure Body reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out client information and to make changes if needed.
CANCELATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call at least 4 hours in advance for salon services. The courtesy of a 4-48-hour notice is appreciated for all staff members involved in your appointment, a non-cancelation charge of $25 per person OR the price of service(s) may be charged on your next visit or to the credit card number on file.
Unsatisfied: If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 24hrs from your appointment. Pure Body does not accept responsibility for improper maintenance of any salon service.
