ARRIVAL:Please arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out client information and to make changes if needed. CANCELLATION POLICY:Inthe event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call at least 4 hoursin advance for salon services and24 hours in advance for group, packages, and spa reservations.
